Shipping Policy

Items ordered and paid for will ship within 1–2 business days, unless otherwise noted in the description of the product. We primarily ship through USPS. After leaving our facility, USPS typically delivers in 2–5 business days. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped. We provide FREE shipping on all orders over $50. We ship to the domestic United States ONLY; except for Idaho, Iowa, Nebraska and South Dakota which have additional CBD regulations in place 

 

Order Issues

If you have any problems with your order (not received, not what you were expecting, etc. ) PLEASE contact us so that we can make it right. We truly want to please our customers and will always try our hardest to resolve any situations that come up.

Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade with the finest ingredients, so they tend to have variations from batch to batch (slight changes in color for example). 

Damages: If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at orders@painpass.com. We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery.

 

Restricted Items

The US Department of Transportation (DOT) restricts certain items from being shipped by air if they could contribute to an on board fire or other mishap. These items include aerosols and alcohol-based products such as pressurized spray cans, fragrances, and nail enamels. We're committed to getting you your order as soon as possible, but we also want to do it safely and responsibly, in compliance with DOT rules. That's why we require orders containing one of these items to be shipped via Standard Delivery only. Unfortunately, we cannot ship restricted items to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands or APO/FPO addresses. If your order contains one of these items, you must choose Standard Delivery for your order.

 

Refunds/Exchanges

If you're not happy with our products we will refund you immediately. We treat customer service very seriously. Our guarantee is complete customer satisfaction...or a refund immediately (no return needed).
